Conarls is a co-operative providing strategic and operational support for library resource discovery and sharing in the United Kingdom and Ireland.
Members include a nominated representative from the library and information sector in each of the English regions, Ireland, Scotland, Wales and the British Library. The current list of member organisations is:

- North West Libraries Interlending Partnership
- Yorkshire Libraries and Information
- Libraries and Information East Midlands
- MLA West Midlands
- SCL East
- South West Regional Library System
- London Libraries Development Agency
- An Chomhairle Leabharlanna (The Library Council)
- The National Library of Scotland, Interlending Services
- The British Library

Representation is currently being sought from Wales and the South East of England.
Conarls also works closely with other bodies such as IAML (UK & Irl) and the Forum for Interlending and Information Delivery.

New member organisations are welcome and enquiries should be sent to the Secretary. The current annual subscription for membership of Conarls is £141.00

/ Cost Scheme Update
At the Conarls AGM, members voted to increase the unit charge for a loan supplied under the Conarls Inter-Regional Unit Cost Scheme. From 1st August 2008, the charge will £5.50 per item, an increase of 20p per item.
